How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Final sale items and items used with a discount are not eligible for return. Items are not refundable, store credit will be given. Customer is responsible for return shipping. QUIN is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments, we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services. I sent a return but have not received my refund or store credit?

All returns take up to 10 business days to process. If the return has not been processed, please email us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

What do I do if I received a defective item or an incorrect item?

We apologize in advance for the defective item or incorrect item sent. Please email us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com with order # and picture of defective or incorrect item as soon as possible. Do not attempt to fix the item as this will result in voiding the return.

Please note that we MUST be notified within 72hrs of delivery via tracking information. If we are notified after the 72hrs, we unfortunately will not be able to proceed.
