What if I placed an order but never received an order confirmation email?

Please check your spam/junk email for confirmation email. If you still do not see your confirmation email, please contact us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com

How do I know if my order has been made?

Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact our support team at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com.

Can I change my order right after I have just placed it?

If you absolutely need to change your order within 24hrs of placing it, you may email us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com. We will do our best to reach back to you ASAP. After 24hrs of placing order, we unfortunately, will not be able make any changes as we pack orders very quickly. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

I ordered something for pick-up but I was not able to pick up in time, what happens to my order?

As a small business, we love to offer the chance of a pick up option because we love to meet you girls IRL. We understand that it could be difficult to set up a scheduled pick up times as they may vary.

Pick-up orders will be kept on hold for a maximum of 30 days and after the 30 days, items will be restocked on our website.

After order has been restocked, you will receive a store credit back to your email address that was used at checkout.

Unclaimed orders are not eligible for a refund as it is no longer applicable to our return policy.

Please note: any items that were bought as FINAL SALE will be charged a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your store credit.

SHIPPING / DELIVERY

How will I know what shipping method I selected at checkout?

All information selected will be shown in your order confirmation email.

We offer Standard Shipping, Priority Shipping, and Pick-Up option.

How do I track my order?

Your order will be processed within 2 business days and will be shipped with shipping method connected. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Please allow 2-3 business days for your shipment details to update with USPS. Note QUIN is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.

What if I accidentally chose the pick-up option instead of a shipping method at check-out?

Please send us an email requesting your order to be shipped as soon as possible. Please attach your order number to the email. We will respond with payment options within 24-48hrs.

RETURNS

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Final sale items and items used with a discount are not eligible for return. Items are not refundable, store credit will be given. Customer is responsible for return shipping. QUIN is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments, we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services. Email qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com to receive return address.

I sent a return but have not received my refund or store credit?

All returns take up to 10 business days to process. If the return has not been processed, please email us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com with your order number and tracking information.

What do I do if I received a defective item or an incorrect item?

We apologize in advance for the defective item or incorrect item sent. Please email us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com with order # and picture of defective or incorrect item as soon as possible. Do not attempt to fix the item as this will result in voiding the return.

Please note that we MUST be notified within 72hrs of delivery via tracking information. If we are notified after the 72hrs, we unfortunately will not be able to proceed.

ADDITIONAL QUESTIONS

There is an item I want to purchase but it is sold out, how can I request the item?

Select the item from our website, choose the size preferred, and add your email to get notified when the item is back in stock. Please note, we restock items based on demand so if you want to see an item restocked, we strongly encourage you to add your email to the waitlist.

Do I need to make account with you in order to place an order?

You can place an order without having to make an account with us. However, we strongly encourage you make an account to expedite checkout. It will save you the time on having to enter every detail every time you shop with us.
