What if I placed an order but never received an order confirmation email?

Can I change my order right after I have just placed it?

As a small business, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with our customer service. If you absolutely need to change your order within 24hrs of placing it, you may email us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com. We will do our best to reach back to you ASAP. After 24hrs of placing order, we unfortunately, will not be able make any changes as we pack orders very quickly. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

There is an item I want to purchase but it is sold out, how can I request the item?

Select the item from our website, choose the size preferred, and add your email to get notified when the item is back in stock. Please note, we restock items based on demand so if you want to see an item restocked, we strongly encourage you to add your email to the waitlist.

How do I know if my order has been made?

Order processing takes about 24-48 business. Upon completion of your order, a confirmation email with the details of your order will be sent to you. Please ensure your checkout process is complete until you reach the page containing your order number. If you have any additional questions, feel free to contact our support team at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com.

How can I apply discount code?

You must input discount code at point of checkout. Our system does NOT allow us to make changes manually to any costs and it does not allow us to apply discount code to previous orders.

Where do you ship?

We ship domestic only. We have two options at checkout for shipping method. Priority shipping takes 1-3 business days. Standard shipping takes 5-7 business days. Note we are open Monday-Friday, closed on weekends and National Holidays. Due to Covid-19, you may experience slight delays as we kindly ask for your patience during this time. We appreciate your support and understanding. 

How do I track my order?

Your order will be processed within 24-48 business hours. Once your order has shipped, an email will be sent to you containing tracking information. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your shipment details to update with USPS. Note QUIN is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If this occurs, you have the option of filing a claim through USPS or with your local police department.

Do you have a pick-up option? If yes, what is city location?

What if I accidentally chose the pick-up option instead of a shipping method at check-out?

Please send us an email requesting your order to be shipped as soon as possible. Please attach your order number to the email. We will respond with payment options within 24-48hrs.

If I chose pick-up option, when can I pick up my order and when will I receive pick-up address?

Order will be ready within 24-48 business hours. Once your order is ready for pick-up, we will send you a text message with pick up details which include pick-up address and pick-up time availability.

How long do I have to pick-up my order and what if I didn’t pick up on time?

We hold pick orders for maximum of 30 days. After 30 days, items will be restocked and unclaimed for. Store credit will be issued for the order. Any items marked as FINAL SALE in your order will be charged a 20% restocking fee which will be deducted from your store credit issued.

How do I return an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn and free of any stains or odors. Final sale items and items used with a discount are not eligible for return. Items are not refundable, store credit will be given. Customer is responsible for return shipping. QUIN is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments, we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services. How can I exchange item?

We accept exchanges within 14 days of the delivery date as long as the item is unwashed, unworn, and free of any stains or odors. To exchange an item, please return the item you wish to exchange. Please send us an email with the item you would like to exchange it for and we will hold on to it for seven business days. Once we receive your exchange item, we will issue you store credit so that you can purchase the item we have held for you. If you have any questions, please let us know.

Do I need to make account with you in order to place an order?

You can place an order without having to make an account with us. However, we strongly encourage you make an account to expedite checkout. It will save you the time on having to enter every detail every time you shop with us.

Can I cancel my order?

Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel an order that has been placed.

There is an item missing from my order, what do I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. Please email us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order # and packing slip.

What do I do if I received a defective item?

We apologize in advance for the defective item. Please email us at qnlookcustomerservice@gmail.com with order # and picture of defective item as soon as possible. Do not attempt to fix the item as this will result in voiding the return.
